I've been thinking and working for some time now. I want to make some redesigned womens clothes. This is one of my attempts. To me, the black print on white seems very right now.

Wonderful Treasury in Chartreuse and Fuchsia
I am lucky to have been included in several lovely treasuries on Etsy the last couple of weeks. This one took my breath away, so I needed to show you! It is made by corrieberrypie.
Thank you!
Have a sweet Saturday!

Saving the world...
...starting with these sad sad napkins.
I found some cloth napkins I bought on a flea market last year. I had planned to upcycle them with prints. When I looked closely I found them incredibly faded some places. And the fringe where torn and damaged. I almost threw them away. -Luckily I didn't. Because parts of the fabric where all right.

New Etsy favourites
I've found lots of new favourites on Etsy this week! I will share some of them with you.
And this lovely still life photo from Jane Heller.
Let's start with this Little Girl Painting from Molly Trezise.
This is one of Kristina Marie's recycled garlands. This one is made from an Australian road map. Eco friendly and looks great too!
This beautiful camera case from Blueberry and pine.
And what do you think of this awesome goat? Her name is Nanny and the photo is from Lucy Snowe Photography.
I must have a thing for photo at the moment, cause here's another one: My hands are small from Maries Cottage. So sweet!
Duck foot slippers from Saint Reagens Hollow. Want some?
And last, I couldn't resist this embroidery piece from Katiekutthroat...

Black peony & chocolate
This t-shirt is, sort of, a piece of wearable art. It is screenprinted with my own peony charcoal drawing.
And now, it is available also with a black print.

The t-shirt is a sustainable product, made of organic cotton and fairtrade.
And, even better, this t-shirt is chocolate friendly!
The design is feminine, comfortable and have a wider lower waist which is a very good fit for those who eat a little too much chocolate. (Like me, for example...)
If you want to see how the tee looks on, take a peek into one of my shops and see the t-shirts with Mrs Cow print (or any other). It is the same model.

Euro Week on Etsy
I am so happy to have been featured in Etsy's handmade blog, The Storque, today! Etsy is celebrating Euro Week, and I think it might have been a smart move of me to add Europe to my location in my profile.
Actually, I've been even more lucky this week, because yesterday, I found my hen pillow in The Storque. I think I've only been there once before and that is a loong time ago.
...and my green hen pillow hit the Frontpage on Etsy yesterday too. So, as Kendra in Green Post says: "When it rains, it pours."
Besides all this luck, I have a cold and feel quite sick. And because of this, I can't play football (soccer) at work tomorrow as usual, which is too bad.

Hello Mr Polarbear!
Welcome to our house!
(This lovely bear is handmade by Blåbær! You find her Epla-shop here. She has this truly adorable Easter Bunny. -But I can't buy everything in her shop, can I?)
Meet Comfort Cat, made by Marjji.

Getting the summer started!
Do you remember this photo from last summer? This is some of my harvest. The lemons live inside during winter, but the other plants thrive in my garden all year round.
This is the hen named Inger. She is Hildas more quiet cousin. Despite her slow and calm performance, she knows how to get things her way. (Inger is named after my lovely co-worker, Inger, the Knitting Queen.)
I made some pillow covers in bright spring colors today.
I think these hens will add the feeling of spring cleaning and open windows to any home!

Later, I'm going to sow tomatoes with my daughter. If you want tomatoes ready before the summer is over, you will have to start out in your window sill now!
Have you tried to grow your own tomatoes? If you haven't, try, and discover a new world of taste!

Young Entrepreneurs
As you might know, I teach interior design and visual merchandising in upper secondary school.
We participate in the Young Enterprise programme, and my students have started and now run their own business.
Their business idea has to be related to their subjects, so they make decorative fabric boards.
I'm so proud of them! (Even though I don't teach the subject this year.)
They have opened an internet shop where they sell their boards.
Please visit and have a look!
